"My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Angela when we decided to move to Atlanta from Chicago at the beginning of 2022. Finding the right place was tough to say the least but Angela was on top of the whole process! She quickly understood what we were looking for and found us several viable properties to view. We went under contract on one place that had some issues come up with the inspection. Less than three days before due diligence was up another property in the neighborhood went on the market. Angela immediately went by the property same day and said we had to go see the "super cute" house. I knew she had our best interests at heart when we had some trepidation after the inspection report and she was still scouting places for us. We saw the property the next morning and were under contract by 3PM. She has a great relationship with her inspectors and had one out the following day. The inspection went great and we were about to back out of the initial place before due diligence was set to expire at midnight. After four inspections and being under contract on three houses during the process, we finally found a place to call our own.
