Traton Homes has opened sales at its Prescott Manor community in the Hickory Flat area of Canton. The 30 homes are on estate homesites and are priced from the $600,000s to $900,000s.
Homebuyers can choose from eight ranch and two-story plans with multiple elevation options. The homes offer up to five bedrooms, four-and-a-half bathrooms and 3,589 square feet and include side-entry garages, flexible living spaces and large owner’s suites.
Prescott Manor is located on Bart Manous Road just east of Highway 140 and is near the Mill on Etowah, a former denim factory repurposed into a shopping and dining destination.
The new homes are selling by appointment, which interested buyers can schedule by contacting Traton agents Karen Roeder and Kristy Corrigan.
“We’re thrilled to unveil this exceptional new community in a prime Cherokee County location,” Traton Homes Marketing Director Kimberly Garwood said in a press release. “The expansive estate homesites and beautifully designed homes create an inviting streetscape, making it a wonderful place for families to call home.”
