If you follow my Listings of the Week, you know I don't simply choose four beautiful homes. Each week, I look through the North Atlanta market and select properties that stand out to me for very different reasons.
This week, we're touring homes in Milton, Roswell, and Canton, Georgia, ranging from an extraordinary $8.75 million resort-style estate to a charming Canton home priced at $435,000.
Here are my picks for Most Expensive, My Favorite, Most Desirable, and Low Price Deal—along with the features that caught my attention and why each home earned its category.
This spectacular French Country estate sits on more than three private acres in Rivers Edge, a gated Milton community. Custom built by Smith & Kennedy, the home combines impressive scale with detailed craftsmanship and resort-style outdoor living.
The residence includes six bedrooms, eight full bathrooms, one half bath, an in-law suite, three finished levels, a private elevator, and a five-car garage.
Inside, wide-plank white oak hardwood floors, exposed beams, designer lighting, stone accents, and luxury cabinetry create a warm but sophisticated atmosphere. I especially love the use of blue and white tones throughout the home, paired with natural wood and stone. It's an elegant palette that keeps such a substantial home feeling inviting.
The chef's kitchen is equally impressive, with Wolf appliances, dual Sub-Zero refrigerators, a wine tower, custom cabinetry, and an oversized island. There's even a separate prep kitchen with additional appliances and plenty of space for entertaining on a large scale.
The terrace level continues the luxury experience with 12-foot ceilings, a theater, gym, recreation room, game room, and guest accommodations.
The price may put this home at the top of this week's list, but the outdoor entertaining space is what really caught my attention.
The heated saltwater PebbleTec pool feels like a private resort, complete with a walk-in grotto, cascading waterfall, three swimming areas, raised spa, and glass fire pit. Add the covered porch with its stacked-stone fireplace and separate grilling porch, and this backyard is designed for year-round entertaining.
I also love the design work throughout the home. The combination of beams, stonework, blues and whites, and luxury cabinetry gives the property a custom look without feeling overly formal.
For buyers looking for luxury real estate in Milton, this is certainly one to see.
This stately four-sided brick residence is tucked into a quiet cul-de-sac within one of Roswell's gated luxury communities.
The home offers five generously sized bedrooms, expansive living areas, abundant natural light, a spacious chef's kitchen, and a finished terrace level that can accommodate everything from a media room or home gym to a guest suite or multigenerational living space.
One of the property's most attractive features is its lake setting, which adds a sense of privacy and tranquility while still keeping you close to everything Roswell has to offer.
There are several reasons this one made my favorite spot this week.
First, I love the lake setting and gated neighborhood. It offers the privacy and established feel many luxury buyers want while remaining just minutes from Roswell schools, parks, shopping, dining, and Canton Street.
But I also see potential here.
This home has the quality construction you often find in established luxury properties, and a new owner can update the finishes over time to suit their personal style. Rather than paying for someone else's renovation choices, you have an opportunity to start with a well-built home and make it your own.
For me, that's a very appealing combination: location, setting, construction quality, and the opportunity to personalize.
This four-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath home offers an appealing combination of an established Roswell location and updated interiors.
Recent improvements include fresh interior paint, updated lighting, and beautiful wide-plank wood flooring. The open-concept floor plan provides plenty of flexibility for everyday family life and entertaining, while the large, flat, fenced backyard offers even more usable space.
The home is also close to many of the conveniences Roswell residents use every day, including Roswell Area Park, schools, grocery stores, shopping, dining, and Historic Roswell.
This category is all about the combination of the house and the lifestyle around it, and that's where this property stands out.
I love its proximity to Canton Street and Roswell schools. You're also near Roswell Area Park and everyday shopping and dining, making this an incredibly convenient location.
The smaller neighborhood is another plus. You get the feel and construction quality of an established Roswell community, while this particular home has already undergone recent remodeling to bring in more of the finishes buyers want today.
And I have to mention those floors—I love them!
For a buyer who wants an updated Roswell home without jumping into the luxury price points, this one offers a compelling combination of location, condition, and lifestyle.
At $435,000, this Canton home offers a very different opportunity.
Set among mature trees on a spacious lot with no HOA, the two-story home has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half bathrooms, a finished basement, and a two-car garage.
The exterior has a charming cottage-inspired feel, with a wraparound front porch that immediately gives the property character.
Inside, the living room features a fireplace, while the updated kitchen offers a center island, ample counter space, and an open layout. Recent improvements include newer flooring, fresh interior paint, and a new HVAC system.
Out back, elevated decks overlook the wooded yard, giving the home plenty of outdoor living space.
There's something really approachable about this home.
I love the cottage style and wraparound front porch. Inside, the open-concept living space and newer flooring make it feel fresh and functional without losing that sense of charm.
The wooded lot and lack of an HOA also give buyers something increasingly valuable: space and flexibility.
At $435,000, it's an interesting option for buyers looking for a home in Canton who value character, outdoor space, and a more attainable price point.

That's what makes looking at real estate across Roswell, Milton, Canton, and the greater North Atlanta area so interesting. There isn't one definition of a great home.
For one buyer, it might be an $8.75 million Milton estate with an extraordinary backyard resort. For another, it's a well-built Roswell home they can personalize over time. Someone else may prioritize walkability and an updated interior—or simply want a charming home with a front porch, wooded lot, and room in the budget.
My Listings of the Week are designed to highlight those differences and give you a closer look at what I'm seeing in the North Atlanta real estate market.
