Listings of the Week: Milton, Roswell & Ball Ground Homes

Roswell Angela Medley October 2, 2026

Every week, I look through the newest listings across North Atlanta and choose four homes that stand out to me—not just because of price or finishes, but because of location, value, neighborhood, lifestyle and long-term potential.

This week takes us from one of my favorite luxury neighborhoods in Milton to two walkable Roswell homes near Canton Street and a Ball Ground property that offers a lot of house and yard for the money.

Here are my Listings of the Week.

Most Expensive: 13950 Haystack Lane, Milton, GA 30004

Price: $3,600,000

Located in The Hayfield, 13950 Haystack Lane is a beautiful Milton estate combining storybook architecture with the kind of spaces designed for both everyday living and large-scale entertaining.

The brick, stone and cedar-shingle exterior immediately sets the tone, with professional landscaping, an expansive covered front porch and arched double front doors.

Inside, the kitchen is truly the heart of the home. An oversized furniture-style island anchors the space, complemented by a tongue-and-groove wood ceiling, professional-grade Wolf appliances, two Sub-Zero refrigerators, double sinks and dishwashers, a butler's pantry and adjoining scullery.

The kitchen opens to a fireside keeping room with exposed wood trusses and picture windows overlooking the backyard. French doors lead to a vaulted covered porch with an outdoor fireplace.

The main-level primary suite is another standout, with a sitting area, wood-lined cathedral ceiling, spa-inspired bath and two custom walk-in closets.

Upstairs are four additional bedrooms with private baths, while a separate finished space above the garage offers an office, studio or recreation room. The terrace level continues the entertaining theme with a family room, wine cellar, full bar, billiard area, gym and guest accommodations.

Outside, the home feels like a private resort with an infinity-edge pool and spa, covered flagstone patio, mature landscaping, fenced garden beds and even a pond.

Why I Chose It

I love The Hayfield. In my opinion, it is one of the prettiest neighborhoods in Milton.

There is something about the combination of the homes, landscaping and overall setting that makes this community feel special. And this particular home fits beautifully into that environment.

At the $3.6 million price point, I want a home to offer more than beautiful finishes. I want the setting, architecture, outdoor spaces and neighborhood to feel worthy of the price point, too—and Haystack Lane certainly caught my attention.

Its proximity to Downtown Crabapple, Downtown Alpharetta and Avalon is another reason this area continues to be such an attractive luxury location.

My Favorite: 9875 La View Circle, Roswell, GA 30075

Price: $725,000

This one immediately made me smile.

Located in Pine Valley, 9875 La View Circle is a completely updated three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath home that combines classic Roswell charm with modern updates.

The painted brick exterior, mature trees and inviting front balcony give it wonderful curb appeal. Inside, you'll find hardwood floors, an updated open-concept kitchen with stone countertops, stainless steel appliances, a beverage cooler and a large island.

One of my favorite features is the outdoor living. An expansive covered rear deck overlooks a rare flat, fenced backyard, while the upper level has a full-width covered front balcony surrounded by mature trees.

The primary suite includes an updated bath and custom walk-in closet, and the two additional bedrooms share an updated guest bath.

And then there is the location: you're close enough to enjoy Historic Roswell's restaurants, shops, parks, trails and community events.

Why I Chose It

This neighborhood has a personal connection for me because my sister-in-law lived here in her first home, and I have always thought this pocket of Roswell was incredibly charming.

You have mature trees, established streets and quality-built homes—and you're walkable to Canton Street.

But what really gets my attention is the $725,000 price point for an already remodeled home in a walkable Roswell location. That combination can be hard to find.

I also really like this side of Alpharetta Highway from a long-term real estate perspective. I've watched this area change and appreciate, and I think its proximity to Historic Roswell continues to make it an interesting location for buyers who care about both lifestyle and future resale.

For me, this house hits that sweet spot of charm + updates + walkability + price point, which is exactly why it's My Favorite this week.

Most Desirable: 535 Junction Point, Roswell, GA 30075

Price: $1,575,000

Location, renovation and neighborhood lifestyle come together at 535 Junction Point.

This five-bedroom home has been extensively reimagined with a fresh, sophisticated interior designed around the way today's buyers live. The kitchen anchors the main living areas, while a light-filled sunroom adds a wonderful space for coffee, reading or entertaining.

Outside, the property offers something many Roswell buyers are searching for: a large, flat walkout backyard.

It's also tucked away on a quiet cul-de-sac in a sought-after swim-tennis neighborhood while remaining extremely close to Historic Downtown Roswell and Canton Street.

You can grab the golf cart for dinner, head into town for coffee or enjoy nearby parks and trails without giving up the feel of an established residential neighborhood.

Why I Chose It

For me, this pick comes down to desirability versus price.

I personally think the $1.575 million asking price is ambitious. But here's the interesting part: I still wouldn't be surprised to see someone snatch it up.

Why?

Because buyers aren't simply buying square footage here. They're buying a beautifully updated home, a great neighborhood, a cul-de-sac setting, a flat backyard and, most importantly, the ability to be so close to Canton Street.

Walkability has become such an important factor for many Roswell buyers, and there simply aren't unlimited opportunities to get a renovated home in an established neighborhood this close to Historic Roswell.

That combination is exactly why I'm calling 535 Junction Point Most Desirable this week.

Low Price Deal: 107 Nelson Ridge Drive, Ball Ground, GA 30107

Price: $449,900

If you're looking for space and value, this Ball Ground home deserves a look.

107 Nelson Ridge Drive offers three bedrooms, two bathrooms, hardwood floors, a cozy fireplace and a functional layout with plenty of opportunities to make the home your own.

The partially finished basement is a major bonus at this price point. It's already plumbed for an additional bathroom and could potentially become a recreation room, home office, gym, workshop or additional living space.

Outside, there's plenty of yard, along with an above-ground pool and deck for relaxing and entertaining.

The property is also located in the Creekland/Creekview school district with access to Ball Ground, Canton and surrounding North Georgia communities.

Why I Chose It

So much house and yard for the money!

That's what stood out to me about Nelson Ridge.

At $449,900, you're getting a home with a basement, a spacious lot, outdoor living and room to add your own personality over time.

And I think the community is adorable.

Ball Ground continues to appeal to buyers who want more breathing room while still being connected to Canton, Alpharetta, Milton and the broader North Atlanta area.

For someone willing to look a little farther north, this is exactly the kind of property I like to highlight as my Low Price Deal—because sometimes stretching your search geographically can open up a lot more house for your budget.

These homes are listed by Jenny Doyle with Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby's International, Robin Martin with Robin Martin & Associates, LLC, Natalie Corona with Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby's International, and Michelle Godfrey with Century 21 Lindsey and Pauley.

Which One Would You Choose?

That's what I love about this week's four homes—they each offer something completely different.

You have the luxury and setting of The Hayfield in Milton, the charm and value of an updated home near Historic Roswell, a beautifully renovated property with exceptional Canton Street proximity, and a Ball Ground home offering plenty of space for under $450,000.

My personal favorite this week is La View Circle, but I'd love to know yours.

Which one would you choose?

If you're considering buying or selling in Roswell, Milton, Alpharetta, Canton, Ball Ground or anywhere across North Atlanta, I'd be happy to help you understand not only what homes are listed for—but where I see value, demand and opportunity in today's market.
