Help buyers see the potential of the home by using AI

I want to discuss how AI can help my buyers see the potential in a home. I am using a basic AI tool to make the renovations to homes that I think would help listings cell to buyers who don't have the vision. There are many homes sitting on the market right now that need a little love but getting a buyer to accept the challenge can be difficult so AI helps me to create a real vision for them.
